My expat story began when a routine visit to my doctor ended in a cancer diagnosis. A year of treatment showed me that life is too short to not pursue our biggest dreams. For our family, that meant chasing our long-time dream of living in Europe. We sold almost everything, moved to England, and spent the next year traveling across the UK and Europe.
It was the adventure of a lifetime, and I’m forever grateful we took the leap. This blog is here to share the lessons, tips, and stories we gathered along the way, hoping to help others to go on their own adventures across the pond!
